There is no snow in the yard still, but that is not a problem for jibbing:)
On Saturday we opened the season in our local spot Liepkalnis and celebrated the birthdays of two local young snowboarders. The weather was cold but sunny and we had perfect time there... So I added few best shots here.
At first we rided the 6m rail, the changed it width one and finally two boxes.
It was awesome to stand on the snowboard again:)
P.S. And this time again I was taking the photos, so you can see only my Artec and all event on the hill:)

No we're going to ice cream shops, buying a thousand portions of vanila ice cream and ride on it:))) i'm joking:))
Seriously there are few ice hockey arenas in the city, one real, others in big trade centers, so when the ice cleaning mashines finish their work, they simply throw out all the snow in the yard, so all that you need to do is go there and take all the snow to your truck or minibus and bring it somewhere you wanna' ride:)
At this time we broungt one minibus of snow from the biggest arena but it's only a half of snow, that we found there.

And what to do if we don't have big mountains and there is no snow still?:DDD Nearest gletcher Dachstein is ~1400 kilos from Vilnius, so you can't go there every weekend:)) Scandinavia is too expencive so we don't have any choice:)
Thanks good the prognosis shows the first snow at the begining of next week...:)
P.S. We had plans to organise the next session tommorow, sponsored by Nike 6.0, but it's canceled beacause of rain..:(((

It's sad to say, but next time I'll be in Alps only in January 2009. From 20ty to 30ty of January I'll be alone in Gastein valley Austria and will ride there, maybe few days in Dachstein and after that I have plans (if I'll be lucky and my work will release me for 3 weeks of holidays and everything will be OK with money) move to Mayerhofen, because all the guys and a lot of other snowboarders from Lithuania will come there to ride Vans park. I know that they already booked a big bus and 5 houses near each other for 10 people in each:) So there will be about 50 people without roofs:...) I can only imagine what will be there...:DDD So I must be there:))
