Elan Snowboards Trick Tip Tour in the Snowpark Scuol: fine Equipment, sick Tricks

The Elan Snowboards Trick Tip Tour goes on visiting Europe’s best snowparks. Last weekend, it also came to Switzerland and the Elan pros met up in the Snowpark Scuol. Ambitious hobby shredders had the opportunity to delve into the world of Elan and loads of cool goodies were the icing on the cake. As always, you can additionally win massive Elan goodie bags in our Trick’n’Shoot Raffle and even an Elan product set at the end of the tour!

Just like everywhere else in the Alps, the Siberian cold made life difficult for the riders in the Snowpark Scuol last weekend. “Challenge accepted!” said the riders and still met up in the park for the third Elan Snowboards Trick Tip Tourstop. Small wonder, because the shredheads didn’t only get the opportunity to test the newest Elan snowboard equipment, but also to get coached by the Elan pros and thus learn the one or other new trick. As it turned out, the locals’ riding levels were so high, they were just shredding along with the pros. The equipment was massively popular and was put to the test on the numerous kickers, rails and boxes. The pros had their fun, too, as Dejan Hodzic recalls: “The temperatures were as low as -20 degrees, which did have an effect on us, but we overcame that with a few extra layers of clothing. The park crew was extra friendly helped us out with everything and gave us shelter in their park hut when the cold was getting too much to bear. We were all excited about the park and the resort and hope to come back to Scuol again soon!”

This week’s mission is all about jibbin’: all you have to do is send us a picture of your favourite slide on a park feature - it can be a backside, frontside, tail, nose or even a blunt slide for the more advanced jibbers. You can choose whatever feature/object you want, but bear in mind that a photo of a press (nose press or tail press) can’t enter this Trick'n'Shoot mission! You can’t just win goodie bags: at the end of the tour, we’ll raffle a massive Elan product set comprising an Elan Prodigy board, Union boots and Argon binding – be part of it and win big!
