The international Elan sales meeting took place in Croatia in Porec. It was the first time I joined it representing the Elan Chicas – Lisa was still in NZ and Dom is in Bali. I spent there three days. On the first day – Sunday – the snowboard workshops were on the schedule. The Elan Chicas workshop was held outside in the pool area – not too bad though. After “work” was done we went on a boat trip “sailing” to the award ceremony and to dinner. Aleksi and I had to present one of the awards. Then we all got drunk while having a delicious 5-course meal. Around midnight a bus brought us back to the Hotel – but we were not nearly ready to end the night. After few more drinks in the hotel lobby we were looking for a party location – unsuccessfully, it was Sunday. Nevertheless with three barrels of beer, an ipod with speakers and a motivated crew we went to the coast to round the awesome night up… some even went swimming. On the next day it was the skiers´ day – we could chill the whole day in the sun – so we did. In the evening another awesome night followed at the bar of a wakeboard place. After some wakeboard action and a great buffet the whole Elan team was dancing the night away…
