Well the mayhem of the season is soon coming to it's end. Thank God! The past few weeks were just NUTS! So coming straight from Slovenia from the Chicas shoot, the next morning I had to compete in the Whistler's Stompede (slopestyle). Things went pretty good in the finals the next Sunday considering it was pretty much a rail jam. Then the next day was the Mountain Art Night for the If Ullr Was a Girl Contest. We can do anything that we wanted "art wise" and I decided to make things a little interesting by busting a move. That's right, I decided to do a dance. I was so nervous and I had no clue what I was thinking since I really don't dance that much but I wanted to do something funny. I almost backed out at the last second and then I got handed the mike and it all went down. People were laughing and clapping and the danced went down like it should. And guess what: I took the title at the end of the night. So after a fun party, the week of the Ski and Snowboard Festival continued in Whistler. Ride hard all day and Party all night. Wednesday was the Big Mountain event where we had to ride Chain Saw Ridge on Blackcomb. Then my parents showed up for the last few days. The last day was the pipe contest in the morning and the big air at night and we finished everything off by getting dressed 80's style for the big Prom Night. Woke-up exhausted Sunday morning and made my way back to Squamish with my parents. Then flew the next day to Montreal for the family for a quick week. I just got back to rainy Whistler where I can kick it for a few days and actually hit some pow runs up on Blackcomb. I guess the Spring hasn't hit just yet.
