Well, just got back home from Saas Fee, in time for some home renos and pow-riding. I was there for a few weeks. It was more then great to see old friends but there wasn't much snow at all. I think I had a better time jibbing on the snow patches by our hotel then on the hill since it got the best of me one day and I had to sit the rest of the trip out. But I did meet a few guys from the Elan Euro team (HI Dan!) It was also so windy everyday that the second World Cup pipe contest got canceled due to high winds. So with our free time we had to keep up the tradition and take it out on the Popcorn Bar. We left Saas Fee with more good stories and we all went to Zurich for our last night before going back to Canada. I had another great night with the National Team filled with good food, drinks and creepy guys. The boys almost all ended-up missing their flights as we woke them up the next morning as the shuttle was leaving for the airport. I pity the people that were sitting beside them for that 9 hour flight home. Landed in snowy Vancouver in -20 degree weather. Weird!! Time for sledding and powder turns. P.S.: that last photo is going up from Vancouver, there's usually no snow there...ever! Ciao Dom
